With the lack of trained COBOL programmers entering the work force there is a need to establish a centralized certification program. Together with COBOL University this site will offer testing and certification of existing COBOL programmers as well as for graduates of the COBOL University. We expect this site to be active sometime during the first quarter of 2009.
